BILL NO. 25-0080 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Plot No. 4KA Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) _.-)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 4KA Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, as shown on PWD Drawing No. 5084, dated September 30, 1977, revised June 6, 2000, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business — Secondary/Neighborhood).
