Get Money for up to 18 Months of Unpaid/ Future Rent & Utilities ADMINISTERED BY: The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (STX) 772-4432 (STT) 777-4432 erap.vihfa.gov Household owes at least one month of rent OR utility bill OR anticipates need for future rental assistance Household head or co-head must attest to experiencing financial hardship during or after the COVID pandemic Household at risk of homelessness or service disconnection due to unpaid rent/utilities Households whose annual income is at or below 80% of the AMI, based on HUD income data Signed Lease Agreement Past Due Rent/Utility Bill; Proof of Income Sworn Income Attestation 1. Filed Taxes 2020-2023 2. W-2 3. Retirement/ Social Security Statement 4. Notarized Sworn Hardship Attestation; Scan the QR code to access requirements and application 2024 INCOME LIMITS (80%)
