ACTNO. 8672 BILL NO. 34-0379 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act conditionally amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 2 Remainder Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial) —0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changin; the zoning designation of Parcel No. 2 Remainder Estate Bovoni, Nos, ] & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.465 U.S. acres as described on OLG Drawing No. D9-9579-T021 from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial) on the condition that ingress and egress access to the property is restricted to the western boundary of property.
