LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR'S VETO THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, Bill No. 35-0403 - An Act amending title 20 Virgin Islands Code, part Il by repealing and re-enacting with amendments chapter 49 relating to abandoned and derelict motor vehicles passed by the Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Iskands at its regular session held on November 20, 2024, (a copy of which is attached hereto) and vetoed by the Governor on December 3, 2024, was duly enacted by override by the Thirty- Fifth Legislature at its regular session held on December 18, 2024, pursuant to section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. $1575 (d).
