ACT NO, 8025 BILL NO. 32-0155 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-22-16(W) issued to WVJD, LLC Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-22-16(W) to WVJD. LLC on March 14, 2017, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on April 11, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows WVJD. LLC to install four swimming buoys spaced approximately 40 feet apart. and one channel marker to create a 190-foot wide swimming area and a 38-foot wide dinghy access channel seaward of Parcel No. 4A Estate Cruz Bay, St. John. Virgin Islands and authorizes the installation of two private moorings.
