If there are multiple and unknown projects, is there supposed to be a cost proposal provided? Answer: Yes there will be multiple projects and projects will be done on an “as needed” basis. The costs will be negotiated as the projects are identified. . Ifso, are we expected to provide billing rate or some other means of estimating the design cost? …

INSERT: Questions & Answers 1. Question: Is the LaReine Fish Market one of the proposed projects? Answer: Yes the LaReine Fish Market renovation is one of the projects. 2. If there are multiple and unknown projects, is there supposed to be a cost proposal provided? Answer: Yes there will be multiple projects and projects will be done on an “as needed” basis. The costs will be negotiated as the projects are identified. . Ifso, are we expected to provide billing rate or some other means of estimating the design cost? Answer: A billing rate is not mandatory at this stage. Once the company is qualified they will be provided with a contract to provide A/E services for small projects up to $50,000. Again the cost will be negotiated as the projects are identified. . What information is needed for the cost proposal? Answer: Again the cost will be determined once the project is identified. . Is there limitation on the number of pages allowed for the proposal? Answer: No. there is no limitation on the number of pages allowed. The A/E firm shall provide as much information they fell is necessary to get them qualified and ultimately obtain a contract to perform design services for the small projects. . Are we allowed to submit previous project images? Answer: Yes, these images are welcome and will assist in determining if a company is qualified or not. . Ifso, is it preferred we provide previous project images? Answer: Yes previous project images of past projects are welcome. . Are there a limited number of pages allowed for project images? Answer: No.
