ACTNO, 7966 BILL NO. 31-0460 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 19 Virgin Islands Code, section 243 relating to the membership of the Governing Board of the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation to climinate the requirement that the nurse and doctor members must not be employed by the Government Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 19 V.LC. § 243, subsections (b), (d) and (g) are amended by striking every occurrence of the phrase, “who are not employed by a Government Hospital or Health Facility, and”.
