ACT NO.6409 BILL NO 24-0082 TWENTY- FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES REGULAR SESSION 2001 To amend Official Zoning District Map No. STZ ~9, Parcel Nos. 53-27, 53-28 and 53-29 Estate Frydendah!, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two-Family) and to amend Official Zoning Map STZ-7, Parcel No. 4 Remainder Estate Bakkero, No. 5 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official District Zoning Map STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel Nos. 53-27, 53-28 and 53-29 Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.953 U.S. acres, aS more accurately shown on P.W.D No. A9-256-T77 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 ° (Residential-Low Density, One and Two-Family).
