GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT AUCTION CONTRACT OF SALE AND AWARD The Government of the United States Virgin Islands, acting through its Department of Property and Procurement, (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) in consideration of the sum of _________________________ received from________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does sell to the Buyer, pursuant to V.I. Code Ann. tit. 31, Sections 169(a) and 242, the following property: ______________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________ Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN#”): ___________________________________________ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Buyer, his [her] [its] executors, administrators, successors and assigns, forever.
