ACT NO. 6996 BILL NO. 27-0140 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 35, title 29, sections 543 and 919, title 30, chapter 5, Act No. 5826 relating to the Public Finance Authority’s pooling and investing of executive agency funds and amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 919 FIFTH relating to the Public Finance Authority Board membership and management of its affairs; section 920 relating to legislative approval of the Authority’s Projects; section 922 relating the bond management and section 924 relating to the PFA Board’s annual report; and making an appropriation for construction of a new library and cafeteria at the Charlotte Amalie High School and other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. As used in this Act: (a) “Agency” means a department, authority or other instrumentality of the Government of the Virgin Islands whose investments may be managed by the Virgin Island Public Finance Authority pursuant to this Act. …
