ACTNO. 8721 BILL NO. 35-0072 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-03-20 (L&W) issued to SVB 155 SPRING LLC, D/B/A Independent Boatyard and Marina ---0--- WHEREAS, on August 2, 2022, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-03- 20 (L&W) to SVB 155 SPRING LLC, D/B/A Independent Boatyard and Marina, for the continued use and occupancy of docks and associated infrastructure seaward of Parcels No. 49, 75, 83, 101 Remainder, 101-B, 178 and 179 Estate Frydenhoj, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and includes modification for a new ramp to haul catamarans. The permit will also allow for the continued use and occupancy of 2,310 sq. ft. of Parcel No. 178 and 9,560 sq. ft. of Parcel No. 179 Estate Frydenhoj, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and the continued use and occupancy of 64,756 sq. ft. …
