June 29, 2020 Amendment 2- RFP-042-T-2020 (P) – Watershed Management Studies Project – St. Thomas/St. John District Questions/Answers: ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL Questions/Answers: 1. Item 7 of the proposal contents (pg. 7 of 10) states that a Cost Proposal to be submitted in a separate email, but the Factors of Discussion (pg. 2 of 10) do not include price of services/fees and the Negotiations section (pg. 2 of 10) state that a fair and reasonable price will be negotiated with the highest qualified firm. Please confirm if a cost proposal is to be include with our proposal submitted. Answer: Yes, a cost proposal should be submitted under a separate cover. 2. Is the following data available for use by the Consultant for the execution of this project or with the Consultant be responsible for developing this data/information a. Future land use scenarios b.
