ACTNO. 7619 BILL NO. 30-0046 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to amend title 20, part II, chapter 41, section 461(a) of the Virgin Islands Code by requiring the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles to develop and implement a vehicle emissions inspection program —0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 20, part II, chapter 41, section 461, subsection (a) of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding a sentence at the end of the subsection to read as follows: “The Bureau of Motor Vehicles in conjunction with the Department of Planning and Natural Resources shall develop and implement a vehicle emissions inspection program.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 18, 2014.
