BILL NO. 29-0432 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending 30 V.LC, chapter 7 to provide for the expansion of the Virgin Islands Public Television System into other media formats in addition to television and to change the designation of General Manager to Chief Executive Officer ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 30 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, subchapter I is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 151, subsection (c) is amended by striking “television” and inserting “broadcast”; and (b) Section 152 is amended: (1) in subsection (a) by striking “television” in the second sentence, and inserting “broadcasting”; and (2) in subsection (c) by striking “Manager” and inserting “Chief Executive Officer” and by striking “general manager’ and inserting “person appointed by the Board under section 202 (e) to be in charge of the operations of the System and to administer and implement policies and procedures”. …
