ACT NO, 7020 BILL NO. 27-0221 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending Act Nos. 6427, 6551, 6784, 6868 and 6980 to reprogram funding for other purposes, to amend Act No. 6973 to reduce the appropriation to the V.I. Housing Finance Authority and to amend Act No. 6969 to increase and reprogram the appropriation to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation and the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, to provide an appropriation of $17,342,032 to pay outstanding water and electric bills to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority, making several other appropriations and providing for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6427, is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 1, subsection (h) and subsection (n) are stricken in their entirety: and (b) Section 72 is repealed. SECTION 2.
