June 3, 2025 Honorable Angel Bolques, Jr. Senator-At-Large Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands Capitol Building St. Thomas, VI 00802 Subject: Invitation to Testify before the CYASP on the-Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project Dear Senator Bolques: Thank you for your invitation to participate in the upcoming hearing scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 10:00 AM at the Fritz E. Lawaetz Legislative Hall on St. Croix. I appreciate the Committee’s interest in the work of the Department of Property and Property and the opportunity to contribute to the discussion on the status and execution of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project. Regrettably, due to a prior commitment, I will not be able to attend the upcoming hearing. A project of this nature requires my direct participation, and as such, I am also not able to designate a representative to appear on my behalf.
