The Department of Edurationis hereby granted the sum of Franes 5,400.00 for the purpose of provid- ing for the maintenance of ten boys from St Croix in the Referm School, Leinster Bay, Saint John, Virgin {slands of the United States. ~ Proposed by Government. Government Sacretary (Zine) in intro- ducing the Money Bill said, —Mr. Vice- Chairman. As 1 understand, this school is more or less under the Department of Education and two other members form e the board of control; one is the Municipal Committee of St. Thomas and theothev the Police Judg2 of St. Thomas.
