(809) 793-6555 *64783* 64783 MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT NO. 15 June 17, 1993 RE: Administrative Order on Consent Index No. II - RCRA - Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401 This status report includes the work performed during the period from May 1 through May 31, 1993. WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH • Prepared May 21, 1993 letter summarizing agreements reached during April 27 and 28, 1993 meetings. • Prepared May 19, 1993 follow-up letter for drilling cuttings disposal. • Finalized bedrock core logs and records of bedrock coring parameters. • Completed Revised Technical Memorandum II in response to USEPA comments; submitted Revised Technical Memorandum II to USEPA. • Continued data analysis and preparation of the RI report. WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH • Continue working with Ramsay, Four Winds, and God of Holiness Church representatives to get access agreements at these three properties for installation of proposed monitoring wells. • Review previous work conducted by Caribbean Hydro-Tech (Four Winds Consultant) at the Western Auto Underground Storage Tank (UST) area. • Transport drilling cuttings (i.e., non-hazardous solid waste) to Bovoni Landfill. • Continue data analysis and preparation of the RI Report. • Begin preparations for mobilization.
