ACTNO, 8042 BILL NO. 32-0172 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to provide that the Thirty-Second Legislature of the Virgin Islands shall commence the 2018 Regular Session of the Legislature on January 22, 2018 | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands to fix the commencement date of its annual Regular Session granted by section 7 (a) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. § 1573 (a), the Thirty-Second Legislature of the Virgin Islands shall commence the 2018 Regular Session on January 22, 2018. SECTION 2. This act takes effect retroactively on January 1, 2018.
