The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Career and Technical Education Board for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
