ACT NO.8 8 6 2 BILL NO. 35-0281 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John to change the zoning designation of Parcels No. 17F-2 and 17F-Remainder Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcels No. 17F-2 and 17F-Remainder Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 1.71 U.S. acres, more or less, and 2.48 U.S. acres, more or less, respectively, as shown on O.L.G. Survey Map No. D9-7677-T005, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on July 22, 2024. …
