ACT NO. 8724 BILL NO. 35-0080 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest, West End Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, from C (Commercial) to B—3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3. section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-lO for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest. West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands. consisting of approximately 0.77 17 U.S. acres, as more fully shown on OLG Drawing No. 685, dated May 23, 1958, revised August 17. 2000, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
