ACINO, 7233 BILL NO. 28-0302 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 The Omnibus Authorization Act of 2011 soxexe Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7092(Bill No. 28-0080) is amended in the following instances: (a) The title of the bill is amended to read: “An Act declaring the last Saturday in the month of September each year, as “The Virgin Islands and American Kennel Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day”; and. (b) Sections 2 and 3 are repealed and section 1 is amended by striking all of the language and inserting new language that reads as follows: “Title 1 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11 is amended by adding §200b to read as follows: “§200b (a) Beginning with September 26, 2009, the last Saturday of September of each year is declared "Virgin Islands and American Kennel Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day" in the Territory of the Virgin Islands. (b) Persons who comply with the standards established in subsection (b) are declared "Responsible Dog Owners". …
