ACT NO. 7732 BILL NO. 31-0065 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act granting a use variance to Parcel No. 9M-1 Estate Nazareth, No. | Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 2384 a zoning use variance is granted from the R-| (Residential - Low Density) zoning requirements for Parcel No. 9M-1 Estate Nazareth, No. | Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.76 acres, as more fully described on OLG Drawing No. A9-314-T85, to allow the operation of a six-room bed and breakfast. All other requirements of the R-1 zoning district continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2015.
