ACTNO. 6805 BILL NO. 26-0165 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for Plot Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 41, 44 and 45, Estate Ruby, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential —Low Density) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, Virgin Islands Code chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots, Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 41, 44 and 45, Estate Ruby, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 11.207 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Drawing No. 1377, dated April 2, 1963, revised October 26, 1965, and February 9, 1979, and Department of Public Works Drawing No. 2883 dated March 4, 1971, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential - Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 10, 2005. …
