ACT NO.6411 BILL NO. 24-0084 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 | To amend title 2, chapter 5, Virgin Islands Code, relating to the Legislature’s authority to maintain separate accounts and to amend titles 5, 12, and 25, Virgin Islands Code, to provide for the issuance of citations by enforcement officers to persons who violate the fishing, hunting or wildlife laws of the Virgin Islands bs & : ree oe ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 2, chapter 5, Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding section 75 to read as follows: “§75. Legislative Accounts Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the Legislature, in order to promote its orderly and efficient operation, may establish and maintain separate accounts for the payment of salaries, vendors and other operating expenses.” SECTION 2. …
