MONA E496 BILL NO. 25-0171 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning use variance for the Remainder of Parcel No. 2, Estate Constitution Hill, Queens Quarter, St. Croix for the purpose of retailing animal feed, plants and other agricultural products on a small scale ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted for the Remainder of Parcel No. 2, Estate Constitution Hill, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, (Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix), consisting of approximately 3.00 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4353, dated January 24, 1987, for the purpose of retailing animal feed, plants and other agricultural products on a small scale. All other requirements of the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation and all other requirements of law shall continue to apply. …
