Oct. 25th. - The Dominion Sugar Coy. announced this morning that they are now offering beet sugar for sale at sl6 per hundred pounds, while ine Arcadian, Atlantic, { anada and St. Lawrence refiners price $17.90 for cane gugar, less five per eent for cash. These reductions have not yet affected the retail’ price, although they eventually will. Refiners here thate that they are sure their new prices will meet any influx from the United States.
