ACTNO, @845 BILL NO. 31-0151 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2 regarding the submission of certifications with the executive budget ---D)--= Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 23, subsection (a) is amended by adding a paragraph (7) to read: “(7) A certified statement indicating the federal grants or other funding programs that were applied for in the preceding fiscal year and the status of each application.” SECTION 2. Title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 24, subsection (b) is amended by inserting at the end of the second sentence, the following: ‘*, and the certifications submitted to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget in accordance with section 23, subsection (a), paragraph (7) of this chapter.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on February 25, 2016. 4 Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this LO!
