Act No. 6282 (BILL NO. 23-0056) (Approved July 13, 1999) To amend the Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-7, Plot Nos. 13-B, 13-BC and 13- BE, Estate La Grande Princesse, St. Croix and for other purposes related thereto Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, Chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot Nos. 13-B and 13BC, Estate La Grande Princesse, St. Croix, consisting of approximately .681 and .229 U.S. acres, respectively, as shown on P.W.D Drawing No. 1672, dated November 27, 1964, and Plot No. 13-BE, Estate La Grande Princesse, St. Croix, consisting of approximately .341 U.S. acre, as shown on P.W.D Drawing No. 2256, dated October 2, 1967, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business- Scattered). SECTION 2.
