ACT NO.666 1 BILL NO. 25-0176 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS oe : OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Parcel No. 1CA-A Estate Altona, East End “A” Quarter, St. Croix, from W-1 (Waterfront — Pleasure) to W-2 (Waterfront — Industrial) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 1CA-A Estate Altona, East End, “A” Quarter, St. Croix , Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 4.158 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawings No. 2932, dated June 11, 1971, revised March 3, 1984, from W-1 (Waterfront - Pleasure) to W-2 (Waterfront — Industrial). Thus passed by The Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004.
