Dublin, Feb. 3rd.—Commenting on the conference here between Sir James Craig Premier of Ulster and Mr. Collins the Yreemans Journal says it would have peen a miracle if an adjustment were reached in a single afternoon. We trust this dres not mean that the whole pact between the North and South is imperilled, for. al- though the North hitherto has reaped the main advantages, it would be urfor- tunate werve the quarrel renewed over conditions.
