BILL NO. 26-0132 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS 1 Regular Session 2005 To provide for an appropriation to establish three mobile police substations and other related purposes --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, to the Virgin Islands Police Department the sum of $330,000 to be divided into three equal amounts to establish three mobile substations, one each on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, respectively. The sum remains available until expended. SECTION 2. The sum of $75,000 is appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the Virgin Islands Police Department to be used exclusively and unti] expended, for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Zone B Police Headquarters, Bournefield, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
