ACTNO. 8420 BILL NO. 33-0469 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act ratifying the approval by the Governor of the Virgin Islands of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-21-17(W) issued to the LICA Holding Corporation ---0)--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-21-17(W) to the LICA Holding Corporation on April 3, 2019, and the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the Permit on September 5, 2019; WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-21-17(W) permits the continued use and occupancy of Plots 8, 1A & remainders 2, 6 & 7 estate Salt River and plots 5B, 3B, 2A & B, Christiansted, St. Croix Virgin Islands for a marina that consists of a bulkhead embayment with a small finger pier and boat ramp on the western end; two piers that extend from the northern mangroves; the most western pier being 671ft2. …
