Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who had sustained a single gunshot wound to his right inner thigh. When asked, the victim stated that he felt fine and that he did not need medical assistance, after some time he eventually made the decision to travel to Roy Lester Schneider Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The victim declined to give a statement and told the detectives that he had no knowledge of who was responsible for his injuries. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. …
