As discussed in Finance Memorandum No. 002-2012, this newsletter will be distributed throughout the remainder of the project to share important details on the project and to keep you engaged in the process. The Government of the Virgin Islands’ Time and Attendance project, STATS, is making NUTS ISSUE significant strides in automating time and leave management processes for all agencies . DOF launches Community of and operations of the Government. Currently, agencies scheduled to move onto STATS * Pract oyhrayrol and through March 2012, have clocks installed, wired and tested. Enrollment is well underway and enrolled groups are either testing or have gone LIVE. 2. Agencies Enrolled and Punching If your agency has been wired, it's only a matter of time. You will be enrolled shortly! CALLING PAYROLL MANAGERS...GET INVOLVED (STAT stcaly Speaking Payroll Community of Practice Leaders of STATSPayroll@GVI Community of Practice Department of Finance Payroll Staff Grace Fahie, Jahkesha Archibald and Joy Marsham The Department of Finance has created a Community of Practice to assist payroll practitioners across Government agencies in quickly adapting to the new processes of time, attendance and leave management on STATS. This Community will be managed and moderated by personnel in DOF’s Payroll division. Payroll practitioners will have an introduction to this on-line resource for discussions, easy access to processes, procedures, training, and “real-time” information sharing. Prepare for enrollment and testing by reviewing how your agency manages and approves time and leave. Take the opportunity to formalize your internal processes.
