ACT NO.9 0.24 BILL NO. 36-0163 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act providing an appropriation for salaries and expenses of the Virgin Islands Board of Elections and the Office of the Supervisor of Elections in the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, to the Virgin Islands Board of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. SECTION 2. The sum of $2,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. …
