ACTNO, 79°79 BILL NO. 31-0500 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10, rezoning Parcels No. 6L-Remainder & 6L- 25 Estate Nazareth, No.1 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-! (Residential-Low Density) to W-1 (Waterfront-Pleasure) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 6L-Remainder & 6L-25 Estate Nazareth, No. 1 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of a combined acreage of approximately 6.15 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Drawings No. D9-4617-T88 and D9-7416-T004 from R-! (Residential-Low Density) to W-! (Waterfront-Pleasure). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 20, 2016.
