Box 365 St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00804 Re: STRC Correspondence Response & Request for Meeting Dear Mr. Whitter: The Department of Property and Procurement (“DPP”) is writing to confirm the meeting scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm to discuss the St. Thomas Reformed Church’s (“Church”) proposal regarding 2C & 3 Crystal Gade, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Department’s March 9, 2026, Sixty (60) Day Notice of Termination, for which delivery was confirmed on March 11, 2026. We appreciate your interest and your April 7, 2026, alternative proposal for the development of the subject property. It is intended that the purpose of this meeting will allow the Church to further explain its proposal, provide clarifications where necessary, and engage in dialogue regarding the Government’s considerations. …
