WHEREAS MARIA TINSLEY, born BATTISTE, has stated that on or about the 19th Sertember 1895 she was lawfully m:rried in St. Thomas to MEL- VIN TINSLEY and lived here with him until on or about the 15th January 1897, when her said husband left her and went to Jamaica, and Whereas said MARIA TINSLEY furth- er states tha* she has never since heard from her said husband, and Whereas she now requests, by the Attorney appointed tfor her by this Court, Lawyer C. H. PAYNE, that this Coupt order and adjudge that the marriage be- tween her and the said MELVIN TINS- LEY be dissolved and annulled, Said MELVIN TINSLEY is hereby summoned to appear before the District Court to be held in St Thomas on Mon- day the 7th June 1920 at 10 o’clock a. m. or if no Court should be held on this day. then on the first ordinary court day thereafter, to show cause why judgment should not be given for the plaintiff. The plaintiff will appear before the Court and produce witnesses and other evidence to sustain her request.
