ACT NO, 7610 BILL NO. 30-0372 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 18-D Estate Plessen, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to allow for water distribution and the operation of a small guest house —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1, Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 18-D Estate Plessen, Prince Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately .80 U.S. acres, as more adequately shown on OLG Drawing No. 5744 dated May 25, 2006, to allow for water distribution and the operation of a small guesthouse. All other requirements of the B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) Zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 24, 2014.
