Lawaetz Legislative Conference Room, St. Croix. HE shall provide: All permits issued for the project, including building, environmental, and floodplain permits All inspection reports and compliance documentation Documentation related to FEMA coordination and floodplain approvals Any notices of violations, stop work orders, or enforcement actions A detailed timeline of permitting delays and contributing factors HE is further required to produce all requested documents no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing. 3.
