Kittelle, Governor of the Virgin Islands «f the United States do hereby call upon every man, woman and child of reasoning age in the Virgin Islands of the United States, at exactly noon on Friday the eleventh day of November, ‘‘to pause from their accustomed occupations and labors’’ and for a period of two minutes, to offer silent thanks to the Giver of All Good, for the noble lives sacrificed for us during the late Great War and to beseech His continued merey and bless- Ing upon our Country. On that day the nationa! flag shall be displayed at half-mast upon all public buildings stations and vessels in these islands from sunrise to sunset.
