Activities will include: a presentation on cardiovascular disease, and demonstrations on CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) and the proper use of a defibrillator. Following the demonstrations participants will be led in a 45-minute aerobics session conducted by Ealaine Joseph of Fusion Fitness.
