ACTNO. 7623 BILL NO. 30-0260 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending title 32, chapter 11 of the Virgin Islands Code as it relates to the terms of appointments of the members of the Racing Commissions —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 32, chapter 11 of the Virgin Islands Code, §201, subsection (b) is amended in the first sentence, by striking the first and third occurrences of the phrase “three years” and inserting “four years” in lieu thereof. SECTION 2. Section 1 of this Act shall apply only to newly appointed or re-appointed members of the Racing Commission after the date of enactment of this Act. The duly appointed current members of the Racing Commissions as of the date of enactment of this Act shall continue to serve their terms as appointed.
