As the grant is to build capacity, any Existing capacity prior to the contract being executed may not be covered Under the grant. Total individuals and families serves depends on total Number of applicants received. 2. Are vehicles an authorized purchase with this funding? Vehicles are not authorized for purchase with this grant funding. Mileage reimbursement is authorized. 3. For awardee, what % of funding will be dispersed for startup costs? The disbursement will occur within quarters which will reflects a three (3) month period each quarter. 4. Will 2 managing agencies be selected for the STT/STJ & STX districts or only 1 for the entire Territory? Two management agencies will be selected. One for the St. Thomas/St. John District, One for the St. Croix District. 5. Can proposals be delivered to the STX VI P&P office or must they be submitted on STT only? Proposals can be delivered to both the St. Croix Property and Procurement Office alongside the St. Thomas Property and Procurement Office. 6. Should agencies interested in subcontracting with selected Contractor respond to this RFP? Yes, the RFP is available for interested management agencies and interested provider agencies. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
