ACT NO.6466 BILL NO. 24-0170 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To rezone Parcel No. 15E, Estate Rendezvous, No. 15 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel 15E, Estate Rendezvous, No. 15 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 1 U.S. acre, as shown on P.W.D. Drawing No. F9-3882-T80, dated April 5, 1980, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 8, 2001.
