Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period of June 6, 2017 to June 5, 2018 at a cost of Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($238,400.00). All terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
