ACTNO. 8403 BILL NO. 33-0367 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 27f, to change the composition of the Commission on Aging and its duties and for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 27f, subsection (a) is amended by: qd) Striking in paragraph (1) subparagraphs A through I and the two unnumbered sentences after subparagraph I and replacing them with subparagraphs (A) to (f) to read as follows: “(A) Four Commissioners or their respective designees from the following governmental departments, whose terms are coterminous with that of the Governor under whom they serve: (i) The Department of Human Services, (ii) The Department of Health, (iii) | The Virgin Islands Police Department, (iv) | The Department of Justice; and (v) The Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation, (B) The Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Housing Authority or a designee, who shall serve for as long as this …
