ACTNO, 7988 BILL NO. 32-0038 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act amending Virgin Islands Code, title 3, chapter 1, section 26b; title 20, section 436 title 30, section 15a; and title 17, section 475 providing for the acceptance of a Real ID as a valid form of identification for various senior citizens discounts o--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 26b, subsection (c) is amended by inserting “or a Real ID card issued in compliance with the Real ID Act of 2005, 49 U.S.C. § 30301 - Notes,” after “Department of Human Services”. SECTION 2. Title 20 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 39, section 436, subsection (a) is amended by inserting “or a Real ID card issued in compliance with the Real ID Act of 2005, 49 U.S.C. § 30301 - Notes,” after “Department of Human Services”.
